How samples work

Samples let you check our Egyptian loofah before a bigger order. Samples are paid and you pay the shipping. A sample order is up to 20 pieces per item, and you choose the products.

When they ship

Standard samples ship within 2 days. Custom samples ship within a week. They travel by express courier and arrive in 4 to 7 days.

Paying for samples

Pay by bank transfer or PayPal. The buyer covers the PayPal fee of 8%.

The sample credit

The sample cost is credited to your first order of $1,000 or more, placed within 60 days.

If something is wrong

If any item is faulty, we replace it with your next order.

Larger quantities

For more than 500 units, ask for a wholesale quote instead. There is no minimum order on standard products. Private label starts from 1,000 units.
